New Build

Our Dalmeny project in Hengistbury Head is a prestigious new build development comprising four semi-detached properties, each designed to capture stunning views over Hengistbury Head Beach. Alongside these coastal homes, the scheme also includes an additional standalone dwelling, bringing variety and balance to the site.

As the main contractor, we are managing the full construction process, from groundwork and structural works to high-performance building envelopes and modern interior layouts. The focus is on creating contemporary homes that maximise natural light, enhance energy efficiency, and make the most of their exceptional coastal setting.

This ongoing project showcases our expertise in seaside new builds and multi-unit residential developments across Dorset, delivering properties that combine style, durability and long-term value. Once complete, Dalmeny will stand as a collection of premium homes, blending modern design with one of the South Coast’s most sought-after locations.
